I have been a customer of Vonage for over 18 years but have now moved and no longer need this type of phone line. I pay on an annual basis and when I called to cancel I was informed that they do not offer any pro rated refund if it is past 45 days of the annual renewal. I am now paying for 8 months of service that I do not need.
I have been with Vonage through thick and thin and not only supported them, but recommended them. No longer. In the early years they had support issues, technical issues, you name it. It has worked well for me as I needed a VOIP line but this experience has soured it all for me.

Pricing Could be Better
Vonage has some great aspects like the billing per allotment for using their system.
The thing I don't like about Vonage is that it seems all over the place and the price isn't good.

Vonage was decent. Don't like their pricing.

Vonage was decent. Don't like their pricing.
I was with Vonage for 8 years! It was great at the beginning. Good service, good phones, everything was great. Started to get worse around 3 years ago.
In recent time, their service has fallen off completely. Like, what happened? I had to switch because they had outages and other issues. But I'm glad I was with Vonage for all that time because it saved me money.
