Ring Central is great for entry level agencys
I like Ringcentral a lot. I'm a user at an insurance agency of 17 agents. It's easy to collobrate and work with my teams.
We recently switch to DYL because it made more sense for the all features and the price. Still love Ringcentral, but it costs a lot for more features.

I love Ring Central because it's done a lot for our company and it's easy to use. They're willing to work with you on price too.
Ring Central can get a bit expensive on the upper levels.

Ringcentral has a lot of features
Ringcentral has been a standout amongst the VoIP and business phone companies. They're always innovating and making things easier to user and they have so many features for good prices.
RingCentral gets a bit pricey if you want something at the higher tiers. Also, they don't have a CRM, so we have to use Salesforce with it.
