I didn't like this platform
Mitel seemed very old and out of date.

We moved from Mitel
Mitel was great overall. But we recently go moved to Ringcentral because Mitel has some kind of a partnership with them.
Mitel seemed a bit out of date.

Mitel is mid range for most companies
Mitel had some robust features probably 10 years ago. They were a leader, but now it seems that they don't want to deal with VoIP. They moved us to Ringcentral.
Not a lot to dislike about Mitel, only they haven't gone with the times
