This has been beneficial

We’re plugging our gaps, removing inefficiencies and growing considerably as a result. There have been so many benefits but ultimately it’s been about maximizing what we have and we’re now best equip to do this with everything we have coming out of NextOS

Nextiva is a Solid Product

The customer service is fantastic. All throughout the implementation of our Nextiva phone system, the support and implementation team were fantastic. They were readily available and responded very quickly to questions and concerns. Integrating the new system was a much smoother process than I expected!

Since we implemented the system last summer, we have been very happy with the features and and functionality of the system overall.

The customer service continues to be top-notch after the initial implementation as well. I recently needed to use the chat function to help with an issue I had with setting up a new user. The customer service agent I chatted with was friendly and was able to help me resolve the issue very quickly.

The customer service is definitely a selling point for me. Their customer service (so far at least) seems to be better than similar/competing options.

Some of the features are not quite as user-friendly as similar products. The interface is a bit confusing at time, and not quite as straightforward as is perhaps could be. For example, recently I set up a new user and had to manually update the busy lamp field for every user. It would be nice if that feature was automated so that when a new user was added, the system would recognize the new user and automatically update all users in the system.

It can also be a little difficult to find some features and customize user preferences. It would help if the user profiles and the admin profile were a little simpler and more user friendly.

However, oveall, this is a solid product that I would recommend.

We Love RingCentral

We've been using ringcentral for several years now and we're very satisfied.

I don't like the heavy price jumps that Ringcentral does for larger plans. Otherwise, it's a great platform!
