It ended up costing our company a lot of money. that was the main cause for alarm. However, it had excellent functionality. Data entry can be a burden at times.

For marketing it is an excellent CRM tool
I've found it to be quite useful for prospecting, and I imagine that eventually every salesperson will be seeking for a platform as user-and maintenance-friendly as this one. The biggest issue that DYL has helped me with is keeping track of and documenting all of the potential clients that are interested in purchasing our goods.

DYL is a great company for anyone who's in insurance, finance, technology, or marketing and advertising. They work with a few other industries, but i've found them extremely helpful.
DYL sometimes lacks support or user-generated content.

Best VoIP Company Across Most Verticals
I like that DYL has a lot of functions at a good price. For example, we used to use phone burner and call hippo, but I've found that DYL does everything we need at the best price possible. We have a lot of users, being 15. We aren't spending over $5k a month anymore for all the features DYL has.
The only thing I dislike about DYL is that they don't have a lot of integrations.
